Research Interests: Neuron-glioma interactions and glioblastoma progression; Brain tumor modeling
Savan Bollu is a first-year undergraduate student at UCLA majoring in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology. In the Bhaduri Lab, she is involved in developing a cortical organoid model for glioblastoma to study neuron-glioma interactions and GBM progression. Savan hopes to pursue an MD-PhD or MD and is passionate about understanding neurological disorders to contribute to future therapeutic development. In her free time, she enjoys reading, journalism, eating good food, and spending time outdoors.
