Research Interests: Neuron-glioma interactions, brain tumor modeling, and molecular mechanisms of cortical development

Chloe Wang is an undergraduate at UCLA, majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in Bioinformatics. In the Bhaduri Lab, her research investigates how thalamocortical afferents communicate with outer radial glia to influence upper-layer neurogenesis in the developing human cortex. She also studies neuron-glioma interactions, as well as glioblastoma progression, using cortical organoids as a model system. In the future, Chloe hopes to pursue an MD-PhD. Outside of the lab, she enjoys hiking, reading, trying new cafes, and doing Pilates.
